How it works
Alarms shout. Dawni talks. A real call from a warm voice, at the minute you chose, that stays with you until you’re up.
Pick a time, your days, and the voice you’d like to wake up to.
Your phone rings, mobile or landline. Pick up and Dawni says good morning.
One small press to say you’re up. That stops the calls for the day.
Missed it? Dawni tries again every few minutes. On a mobile, it texts if it can’t reach you.
A 06:30 morning
Rings for 25 seconds. Calls back every 4 minutes, up to 5 times. Press 1 on any call and the rest are cancelled.

Dawni rings for 25 seconds, then tries again every 4 minutes. With the usual settings, a 06:30 call retries at 06:34, 06:38, 06:42, 06:46 and 06:50, then gives up at 06:54. On a mobile you’ll get one text at that point.
Press 1 on any call. That ends the run for the day, so there are no more call-backs.
You choose how many call-backs (up to 8) and how far apart (2 to 10 minutes). However you set it, Dawni always gives up within 45 minutes of your wake-up time.
Yes. Landlines can’t get texts, so we suggest keeping a backup alarm, or adding a mobile for the “couldn’t wake you” text.
It might. During setup we show you Dawni’s number so you can save it as a favourite and let it through.
