Trial, renewal and cancelling
- Free trial: 14 days. We ask for a card when you start, and you’re not charged during the trial.
- First charge: when your trial ends, at the price you chose. We email you about 3 days before.
- Auto-renewal: your membership renews every month or year at the same price until you cancel.
- Cancel any time: in one click from Settings, Membership. Calls continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- 14-day right of withdrawal: EU and UK consumers can withdraw within 14 days of buying. See Refunds and withdrawal or use the withdrawal form.
- Who you pay: memberships are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, who handles payment, VAT and invoices. Prices include VAT where applicable.
